Oversees the day-to-day operations of the government, and is the head of the civil service.

Lord High Diplomat:1
Oversees contacts and communications with other nations; supervises ambassadors and emissaries sent to other lands. The Lord High Diplimat generally stays in Cormyr to advise the king on foreign affairs, only travelling for very special events and leaving the great majority of the travel to the ambassadors and emissaries under him.

Lord High Marshal: Malcom Truesilver (?? hm F?)
Head of the Cormyrean military organization.

Oversees intelligence-gathering and counterintelligence operations, and routinely shares the information with L.H.Diplomat and L.H.Marshal.

Lord High Justice:
Oversees all aspects of the legal system, including the enforcement of the code of laws decreed by the King and the management of the lower courts and prisons.
- Chief Executioner:
carries out all executions for high crimes against King and Country.

Lord High Treasurer:1 Reanna Truesilver
Keeps the financial ledgers and budget books of the Kingdom. Oversees the inventory of the Royal Treasury, the coining of money, and the collection of taxes.

Lord High Warden:1 Maestoon Huntsilver (LG hm D7){deceased}
Oversees the conservation and/or development of the land. Manages the forest and the game within, implements royal policies regarding the clearing development and reforesting of land, organizes new road town and fortification building, carries out surveying, mapping and exploration services.

Royal Chamberlain:Lord Jenni Kalmer (?? hf F?)
The King's right-hand man (or woman, in this case), controlling all access to the King. Anyone wishing an audience with the King or Queen must make an appointment with, or otherwise go through, the Chamberlain. All correspondence also goes through the Chamberlain. the Chamberlain can also act on the King's behalf in any instance. Orders he issues are assumed to come directly from the King.
- Castellan:
Supervises basic cleaning and household management, plans and organizes formal affairs, and is an expert on etiquette.
- Chief Steward & Cook:
Oversees cooking staff, plans meals, insures the larders and pantries are well supplied.
- Chief Housekeeper:1
Oversees the cleaning maids.
Would also oversee the waiting women to the Queen, except that the Queen has none - Alynna and Storm generally tend to each other.
- Chief Gardener:
Oversees and tends the Royal Gardens.
- Chief of the Royal Stables:
Oversees the care and tending of all the Royal animals, including hunting animals as well as riding mounts.

- Council Of Mages: Chaired by the Royal Magician, or by the leader of the War Wizards in the Royal Magician's absence.
Meets once per month in the Royal Court.

Royal Chaplain: Midnight
Represents the religious communities, and manages the King's relations with them. Also the personal priest for the Royal Family when it shares the same faith as the Chaplain.
